Audiovox and Titan Total Fitness Join Forces to Promote Boot Camp Training for Audiovox Employees

As an additional company benefit, Audiovox has employed Titan Total Fitness to design and incorporate its Boot Camp Training program on the grounds of Audiovox, at 180 Marcus Blvd., Hauppauge, NY. Titan Total Fitness is providing a United States Marine Corp. approved Fitness & Cardiovascular Training Regiment for up to 70 men and women.  The purpose of the program is to provide an effective, results oriented, 12 week program that will get people working together as a team.  Rick Antinori, the club manager, said “Too many people start an exercise program with no plan or clue of what to do.  This is why so many fail and become frustrated.  With this program, we will provide 12 weeks of team orientated physical fitness training, free fitness and body fat assessment, and the security of supervised training that allows each employee to individually attain fitness goals while helping their fellow Audiovox employees work as a team.

“Audiovox is really making a statement by providing a health and wellness program for its employees,” said Rick Antinori. “Our goals at Titan are two fold. One is to help Audiovox in productivity. Studies show, healthy employees are more productive, think clearer, have better attitudes and less absenteeism.  The other is to educate each person about their own fitness capabilities and show them that fitness can be part of their individual lifestyle,” Mr. Antinori concluded.
