Through knowledge and desire, we achieve each person's fitness goals.
Titan is committed to your whole wellness, and will work with you to achieve all your fitness goals.  Our focus is to work with individuals who wish to improve their strength, flexibility and overall health.  We offer numerous personal training services including, but not limited to, cardio training, diet and nutrition plans, strength and conditioning programs, sport specific training, and weight loss programs.  We also offer the convenience of coming to you with our state of the art mobile fitness facility or having you scheduled here with one of our certified trainers.

At Titan, we believe the most important component of a healthy lifestyle is feeling good about yourself and your body. Being healthy and in shape doesn't necessarily translate to a particular pants size or weight, but many people get locked into those numbers when starting a new fitness program.  At Titan, we are committed to helping you set attainable goals that will help build your confidence in yourself and your body, and will allow you to break free of the cookie-cutter concept of what is and what isn't healthy.  Whether one-on-one or small group training, we are confident you'll walk away from each session a step closer to a healthier, more confident you.

Vincent Caselli, a Titan Success

VINCENT CASELLI HAS BEEN TITAN’D!

Vincent Caselli, 65, has had 3 major operations (2 knee replacements, 1 hip) and was looking to increase flexibility and strength. Over the past 3 months, Vincent has been working with Titan to increase his strength, mobility and overall conditioning.

Said Mrs. Caselli, “Thank you for giving us a new lease on life. You accomplished what others before you had failed to do. You gave my husband back his strength in both mind and body. He was knocked off his feet by numerous surgeries and you came into our lives like a guardian angel and gave him the strength and courage to do physical therapy. Keep up the good work! Forever grateful. The Caselli Family”

Avoid Dehydration: Water before, during and after workouts

Drinking eight glasses of water every day will help you stay well hydrated during exercise. It is recommended by the American College of Sports Medicine that you drink at least one glass of water before and after your workout and every 10 to 15 minutes during your workout to replace fluid lost during perspiration. Water is the best way to replace these lost fluids, but if you’re exercising for more than one hour, a sports drink will help maintain your electrolyte balance and give you a bit more energy from the carbohydrates in it. Be aware of the following signs and symptoms of dehydration: Thirst, Fatigue, Loss of coordination, Mental confusion, Irritability, Dry skin, Elevated body temperature, Diminished urine output.
